Project Description

The foreground carpet of moss is made out of Riccia moss. The moss is tied to the roots using cotton thread which covers the foreground in the aquarium.

Hemianthus Micranthemoides and Grass in the back ground (rapid growth, smaller) and Java Fern, Anubias Minima in the mid ground (regular and slow growing). Central in the aquarium is a combination of Java Moss and Flame Moss tied to drift wood.

Tip! Frequent pruning of stem plants promotes shorter distance between the set of leaves (more compact growth) and often also longer/smaller leaves.
